Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck cleaned and dried
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and five-spice powder in a bowl.
Brush the mixture all over the duck.
Place the duck on a roasting pan and roast for 90 minutes, basting every 30 minutes.
Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
