  • 1 whole Duck cleaned and dried
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and five-spice powder in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture all over the duck.
  4. Place the duck on a roasting pan and roast for 90 minutes, basting every 30 minutes.
  5. Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
