Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti or rice noodles
  • ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • ¼ cup Water to thin the sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
  4. 4. Serve the noodles in bowls and garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions.
