Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles any type
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ cup Water as needed to thin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add water as needed to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
