Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
