- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoon peanut butter for topping
1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. Mix until well blended.
2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
4. Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer in the pan.
5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into bars.
