  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ piece Red Onion diced
  • 1 piece Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 piece Lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt. Stir well to combine.
