- 3 pieces Peaches diced
- 1 piece Red Bell Pepper diced
- ½ piece Red Onion diced
- 1 piece Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 piece Lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt. Stir well to combine.
3. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
