Peach Melba Recipe
A classic dessert combining peaches, raspberry sauce, and vanilla ice cream.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Peaches halved and pitted
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pint Vanilla ice cream
1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
2. Blend the raspberry mixture until smooth, then strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Set aside to cool.
3. Poach the peach halves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove and let cool.
4. To serve, place two peach halves in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
