Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the peaches.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
