- 4 cups Peaches (sliced)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 stick Butter (melted)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir. Spoon the peaches over the batter, but do not stir.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
