Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Peaches, diced fresh or canned
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Fold in the diced peaches.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
