Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Livers
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Brandy optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the chicken livers, salt, and pepper. Cook until the livers are no longer pink inside.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a food processor. Add the remaining butter, heavy cream, and brandy (if using).
  5. 5. Process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. 6. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
