Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
