Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Cook until tender.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
