Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta Preferably short pasta like fusilli or penne
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cubed
  • 50 g Black Olives Pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • a handful Fresh Basil Chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, and basil.
  3. 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve chilled.
