A hearty Italian soup made with pasta and beans.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 1 can cannellini beans 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- to taste salt and pepper
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cannellini beans and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
Add ditalini pasta and cook until al dente.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
