Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 can cannellini beans 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cannellini beans and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Add ditalini pasta and cook until al dente.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
