- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and add eggs and olive oil.
3. Mix together until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
5. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes before using.
