Main Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
Toss the potato strips in a bowl with truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serve immediately.
