- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
Place coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
