Parmesan Garlic Orzo
A simple, delicious side dish made with orzo pasta, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 cup Orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the orzo pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
