Parmesan Crusted Asparagus

- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each asparagus spear in olive oil, then roll in the Parmesan mixture to coat.
Place the coated asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the coating is golden brown.
