- 1 lb Razor clams cleaned
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Season the razor clams with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the clams in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the clams until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
