Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpea flour
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • to taste Black pepper
  • for frying Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, whisk together chickpea flour and water until smooth.
  2. 2. Add salt and olive oil. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped parsley and black pepper. Spread mixture onto a greased baking sheet, smoothing it out to about ¼ inch thick. Let it cool completely.
  4. 4. Once cooled, cut into rectangles or desired shapes.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the pieces until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
