Paneer Tikka Masala
A delicious Indian dish made with marinated paneer cubes cooked in a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy.

Marinade
- 200 g Paneer cubed
- 1 cup Yogurt thick
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
Gravy
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt
- for garnish Cilantro chopped
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill and cook the marinated paneer until golden brown. Set aside.
3. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown. Add tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
4. Add grilled paneer cubes to the gravy and mix well. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
