Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup Julienned carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken and cook until heated through.
  4. 4. Add cabbage and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Add the noodles and toss to coat. Cook until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
