Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Dill Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the dill sauce.
  5. 5. Serve the salmon fillets with a generous dollop of dill sauce on top.
