Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the salmon is mostly cooked through.
  4. 4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
