Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into rolls, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
