Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, combine the milk, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and slowly add the tapioca flour, stirring constantly until smooth.
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs and cheese. Mix well.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
