Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles soaked in warm water for 20 minutes
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 200 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
- 2 eggs Eggs beaten
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 50 g Crushed peanuts
- 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
3. Push the chicken to one side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until just set.
4. Add the soaked noodles, bean sprouts, fish sauce, tamarind paste, sugar, and lime juice. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Serve hot, garnished with crushed peanuts, chopped cilantro, and chili flakes if using.
