- 12 fresh oysters shucked
- ½ cup cocktail sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
1. Place one shucked oyster in each shot glass.
2. Add a spoonful of cocktail sauce to each glass.
3. Add a few drops of lemon juice, hot sauce, and a small amount of horseradish to each glass.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
