Main Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit for topping (optional)
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla.
Stir well to mix.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats and add fresh fruit if desired.
