- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes and blueberries in it.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
