  • 12 Squash Blossoms
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gently stuff each squash blossom with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed blossoms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the blossoms are golden and the filling is hot.
