Instructions

  2. Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
