- 8 pieces Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
