Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture.
  5. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the chicken on the rack.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden and crispy.
