- 4 medium potatoes washed and sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
