- 2 large Onions sliced into rings
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs preferably panko
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with buttermilk and beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip each onion ring into the flour, then the buttermilk mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
