Open-Faced Tuna Melt Sandwich Recipe

- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 slices Bread your choice
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and place them on a baking sheet, buttered side down.
Evenly distribute the tuna mixture on the bread slices.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
