Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
  • 4 slices Tomato Fresh and ripe
  • 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella Thick slices
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil Torn
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Extra virgin
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Layer the tomato slices and mozzarella on the bread.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
