Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup ham diced
  • ¼ cup bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Crack the eggs into a Ziploc bag. Add cheese, ham, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Squish the ingredients around to mix them well.
  4. 4. Place the bag in the boiling water. Cook for about 13 minutes or until eggs are set.
  5. 5. Carefully remove the bag from the water. Open the bag and slide the omelet onto a plate.
