  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
