Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Okra sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add sliced okra and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
