Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
3. Add sliced okra and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour in diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir well.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
