Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.
