- ¼ cup fish sauce
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 small chili sliced
In a mixing bowl, combine the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the minced garlic and sliced chili to the bowl. Mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
