- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs large
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it thinly.
Cook until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
