No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
Quick and easy no-bake cookies with peanut butter.

- 1 cup Peanut butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 cups Rolled oats
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
Add rolled oats and mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
