No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Rolled oats

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
