Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream cold

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
