- 500 g Beef thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Groundnut oil
- 1 tablespoon Suya spice mix
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the beef slices with groundnut oil, suya spice mix, and salt.
3. Thread the beef slices onto skewers.
4. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked through.
5. Serve hot with sliced onions and tomatoes.
