Main Ingredients
- 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Red bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup Green onions chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
Dressing
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
