  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 pieces taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions.
  3. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. Fill each taco shell with seasoned beef, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
